These little bite-sized donuts are great in moderation for your furry friends, they are great reasons to celebrate!
This recipe calls for very limited ingredients, but the donuts are still a hit with dogs! You can substitute bone broth for water if you don’t want to use it as it will change the color of the donuts slightly making them a bit darker brown once cooked.
Festive Doggie Donuts

- 1 Cup Flour (I chose almond)
- Coconut flakes
- Dog safe food coloring
- 1 Cup Water or bone broth
Mix the one egg, flour and water (or bone broth which is what I use) together
Once you are able to touch it without it sticking to your fingers it is ready to be placed in the mold
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown
Remove from oven but leave the oven on
brush the top of the donuts with egg and sprinkle with coconut flakes
If you want your flakes to have color simply mix with dog safe food coloring prior to placing on donuts
Place in oven for another 1-2 minutes and remove before the coconut flakes brown
Let your pup enjoy in moderation
