Antiinflammatory Turmeric Rolls

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin or Sweet Potato Puree
  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric
  1. Cook the rice until soft and slightly over cooked so that it will stick together

  2. Mix together Pumpkin or Sweet Potato Puree with rice and turmeric

  3. Roll into balls (you may want to use gloves since the turmeric stains)

  4. Place in oven at 350° for 20 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool

Store in the refrigerator up to 7 days
